AirCmde A M Ganapathy (Retd) - Chairman & Managing Director
An  ex-Indian Air Force Officer with over 4300 hours experience on Fighter Aircraft. A graduate of the Defense Services Staff College and College of Combat, he is also an M.Phil in Defense and Management Studies. His prestigious military appointments include examiner of military aircrew and commander of a military airbase. He is a member of the aeronautical Society of India. His responsibilities include that of ensuring quality and standards in services provided, as well as, business development of the company. He has experience in interacting with government and civil departments. He has over 40 years experience in the aviation industry. 

Wg.Cdr.BS Narayanan (Retd) - Vice Chairman & Director
An ex-Indian Air Force Officer and Navigator, with over 8700 hours of flying experience from the WW II work horse B-24 Liberator, to the four engine Super Constellation and Boeing 707 aircraft. He has worldwide experience as a Navigator. He oversees all international Flight Services requirement, in India and abroad. He is a postgraduate in Defense studies. He has over 40 years experience in the aviation industry.

Air vice Marshall SS Lahiri (Retd) - Director (Technical)

An ex Indian Air Force officer. His academic qualifications are B.Sc., BE, MS, MaeSi & FIETE. He is a graduate of the Defense  Services staff College. He has held various prestigious military appointments. He is a recipient of presidential award of AVSM & VSM for distinguished service. He was trained abroad on Russiian  Aircraft related equipment. He has wide experience in Aircraft and missiles. He had also served in aircraft and system testing establishment (ASTE), Bangalore and was exposed to aircraft and onboard system testing. His experience also includes dealing with national and international manufacturers of aircraft and aircraft system and spares. He has wide experience of interacting with senior ministry of defense and other officials of government of India


Aerial Target Services

ATS (I) a subsidiary of CBAS Pvt Ltd, has tied up with world leaders of Towed Target and UAV services. This enables ATS (I), to provide customers with the exclusive service of Operational & Technical support, in the execution of Target Firing Training and other non core tasks, of government establishments such as defense forces and R & D Dagencies.

The company is staffed by highly experienced ex- military professionals, including Pilots, Navigators, Air Traffic Controllers, Engineers and Met personnel. All personal have a minimum of 20 years of experience, in their core area of competence.
